What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?You can get in-touch using the contact details on the 'Contact Us' tab in the menu bar above, or DM our social media pages. Please see our cancellation policy on confirmation emails or on the 'Book Now' tab, for more information.

How long do appointments last?This varies depending on the treatment booked - please head to the 'Book Now' tab on the menu bar above and each treatment has an approximate duration time available.

How do I book?Please head to our 'Book Now' tab on the menu bar above, find the treatment you wish to book in for and click 'Book Now'. This will then take you to a new page where you can view available dates and times which suit you. Once chosen, click 'Next' and enter your details. You will receive a confirmation email of your booking. The system will allow you to book multiple treatments at once - if you would like to do this, add the 1st treatment to your cart (remember booking time) and then go back into the Book Now tab to choose your next treatment - choose the next available time and add to cart. You will then be able to check out with all treatments.

I've booked in but where will I park?Please see our 'Contact Us' tab on the menu bar above, we have detailed the nearest car parks to us to make your visit to Gloss Up as easy & relaxing as possible

Do I have to pay for my treatment when I book online?No, you can pay at your appointment. Some treatments will require a booking fee to secure appointment, each treatment description will let you know if this is the case. I will be intouch to take the non-refundable booking fee if applicable.

Do you have any retail products?Yes! Please come in and see us - products will be added to the website in the near future

Do you have a treatment list?Please head to our 'Book Now' tab on the menu bar above. This tab lists all the available treatments with a description, price and duration.

What is your cancellation policy?We require non refundable booking fees for some treatment appointments (you will be advised of this if required). You will also be required to give a minimum of 48hours notice for cancellations (unless unforeseen circumstances). If a booking fee hasn't been taken and an appointment is cancelled with less than 48hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a £15 late cancellation fee and this will need to be paid immediately and before re-booking. If appointments are cancelled on the same day, we reserve the right to charge full treatment price, this will need to be paid immediately and before re-booking. Details of where these fees will need to be sent, will be sent to you. We will struggle to fill the appointment slot at such short notice - We are all trying to earn a living, please be considerate.

Are you fully qualified and insured?Of course! We have completed all training for the treatments we offer, with reputable, recognised and insurable training providers. It is very important to us, to be fully qualified in all we offer, so you leave Gloss Up Hair & Beauty Clinic happy!!

How do I pay?We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal or card payments - we have a card machine available. You can choose whichever payment method is most appropriate for you.

Do I need a patch test?For most treatments - yes. Each treatment on the 'Book Now' tab will explain whether a patch test is needed - you will also be reminded to book a patch test on your appointment confirmation email, please ensure to do this, if this is your 1st time at Gloss Up, or if you haven't been to us for this particular treatment for 6months+. There is an option to book a patch test on the 'Book Now' tab on the menu bar above, please ensure to book this for at least 48hours before your treatment appointment, at a time which suits you. Please note: if you are required to have a patch test, the treatment will only be able to go ahead once you have had this and had no adverse reaction. We cannot waiver patch tests, under any circumstances.
